The venue has been carefully selected to accommodate a larger number of attendees than the total expected for the event. However, it is important to note that certain halls may have a limited capacity and cannot accommodate additional attendees. To ensure a seamless experience, all participants are kindly requested to arrive promptly. UMO.Design takes no responsibility for any inconvenience caused if a participant is unable to attend a specific session due to the hall reaching maximum capacity. Please be advised that once the seating capacity is reached, the doors of each hall will be closed.
UMO.Design tries to make all the content, including talk videos and presentation slides, accessible on our official social media platforms. These resources will typically be made available under two months after the event. However, it is important to note that some speakers may choose not to share either or both the video and presentation materials for their talks. We strictly adhere to their preferences and will not, under any circumstances, share that collateral with the event attendees. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting the speakers’ decisions are greatly appreciated.
