With decades of leadership experience, Kaladhar has driven design strategy and innovation at leading organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Citi, Publicis Sapient, and numerous startups. His expertise spans design leadership, UX strategy, information architecture, and building high-performing teams that thrive at the intersection of business, technology, and human-centered design.

He is the founder of the UMO Design Foundation, UXINDIA International Conference, and UMODesign School, and actively serves on several non-profit boards. Through these platforms, Kaladhar empowers the next generation of design leaders and continues to advocate for the transformative power of design to drive meaningful and lasting change.
