We, UMO Design, the team behind UXINDIA 2025, thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our company and products. We take the protection of your private data seriously and want you to feel at ease while browsing our online pages. Therefore, it goes without saying that we comply with statutory provisions for data protection as stated in Information Technology Act, 2000. Our employees are obligated to treat all information confidentially, and they receive regular training in the areas of data protection and data security. In the sections below, we would like to briefly explain how we protect your data and what it means for you when you make use of our online offers

ACCESS DATA

When our Internet pages are called up, UMO Design receives access data that is stored for protective purposes and allows us to identify you. This data includes:

  • Any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to body corporate for providing service
  • Any of the information received under above clauses by body corporate for processing, stored, or processed under lawful contract or otherwise.

However, it is clarified that information that is freely available or accessible in the public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 shall not be considered sensitive personal data or information. We shall obtain your consent prior to collection. You have the option not to provide the requested sensitive personal data or information and to withdraw your consent by informing us in writing. We shall only collect sensitive personal data where necessary for a lawful purpose that is connected with our functions or activities or by any person on our behalf. Further, our security practices and procedures shall be certified and audited by an independent auditor who is approved by the central government at least once every year or when there is a significant upgrade in our computer resource.

With your registration you grant us the right to use this material for documentation and future marketing purposes. If you get tickets for a colleague, please double check for their approval, as access to the conference is bound to acceptance of these terms and conditions!

UMO Design may send information and offer products and services to you from time to time. With your registration you grant us the right to disclose any of your information with sponsoring companies. You may unsubscribe to the newsletter or emails at any time using the given options.

By registering at UXINDIA 2025 you give us rights to use your pictures and assets gathered from the conference in our future marketing and promotional materials.

We shall not, and any person acting on our behalf shall not, publish any sensitive personal data or information without your consent. By using this website, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure, and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the policy, please do not use or access the website. Further, we shall obtain your prior permission before disclosing sensitive personal data or information to any third party for any purpose other than what is mentioned in this policy. However, it is clarified that when it is necessary to disclose the information in compliance with a legal obligation, then such prior permission shall not be obtained. We may also share information with government agencies mandated under the law to obtain information.

PASSING ON PERSONAL DATA AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

UMO Design renders some of its services together with select partners. These partners are subject to the same strict statutory provisions for data protection and are integrated into the data protection concept of UMO Design.
Personal data is conveyed to state institutions and authorities only within the scope of statutory or judicial obligations.
Further, we shall ensure that any disclosure of the sensitive personal data shall only be to parties based in a country offering the same levels of data protection as India.
