Eligibility
- The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Participants must be designers, entrepreneurs, students, or professionals interested in launching a design-driven startup.

Registration and Submission
- All entries must be submitted via the official submission form before the deadline.

Intellectual Property
- Participants retain ownership of their ideas.
- By submitting an entry, participants grant UMO Design a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to showcase their submission for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes.
- Participants confirm that their submission is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Judging and Selection
- Entries will be judged by a panel of experts from design, business, and venture backgrounds.
- Evaluation will be based on criteria such as innovation, feasibility, impact, and presentation.
- The judges’ decision is final and binding.
- UMO Design reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Prizes and Opportunities
- Selected winners may receive mentorship, visibility, networking opportunities, or funding offers.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- UMO Design makes no guarantee that any funding or investment will result from participation in the Contest.
Conduct
- Participants must maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the Contest.
- Any form of plagiarism, misconduct, or misrepresentation will result in disqualification.
- UMO Design reserves the right to take action against violations, including removal from the Contest.
Limitation of Liability
- UMO Design is not responsible for any technical failures, data loss, or unauthorized access to participant submissions.
- Participants agree to release and hold harmless UMO Design and its affiliates from any liability related to their participation.
Privacy
- Personal data collected through registration or participation will be used solely for the purposes of the Contest.
- UMO Design will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Changes to Terms
- UMO Design reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
- Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or relating to this Contest or these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- All legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- Participants agree to resolve any disputes amicably with UMO Design before pursuing formal legal action.
